What a great basic recipe as well as a gasp- an abomination in most Asian cuisine very decent make-ahead recipe. Tasted pretty good actually. Not sure whether you can find them. Every one of my kids devoured this as well and were racing to be the first to the leftovers the next day. There is something about the way a meal snuggles into a bowl that makes it feel so cozy and satisfying.

If you want to make a larger amount like 2 pounds, then you will need to triple the marinating and side ingredients. I made these tonight for my kids. I immediately went out and bought some minced beef. While zoodles, or zucchini noodles, may be old news, I have been exploring the other vegetables worth noodling. I love blending mushrooms with beef and turkey!
